The practice
What Hawk runs
Hawk is not here to sell AI for the sake of AI. Hawk starts from the client's bottleneck and builds a custom setup under a separate agreement, as Hawk Managed AI. Hawk is tool-agnostic. That setup can use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, industry apps, or a mix. An assistant, automations, and AI Security & Governance are examples of what Hawk may run, not a fixed pack. Companies that already use Hawk for managed IT can start from the systems Hawk already knows.
The assistant
Hawk sets it up with how the company's systems, support, and day-to-day work actually run. Hawk writes the operating instructions, the current knowledge, and the guardrails for what it may answer.
It can search what the company already knows, draft a routine reply, and summarize a long record. It can be wrong. Instructions and guardrails say what it may see and where it must stop.
Managed IT is a separate Hawk practice. This page does not sell that work, and it does not list rates for it.
Automations
Hawk carries the client's work from one step to the next, through the tools the company already uses.
When intake is the bottleneck
A customer-facing conversation belongs here, not as its own service. Hawk can run that intake from the systems, support, and work the company already does. It searches what the company already knows, follows a known path, and says where a step depends on a system or a person.
- Searching the company's own knowledge
- Summaries of long material
- Facts pulled from documents and records
- Customer-facing intake, when that is the bottleneck
- Routine customer communications
- Steps that feed a decision
- Repetitive operations, not only desk chores
- Handoffs between the tools the company already uses
Security and safeguards
Monitored, governed assistants, with human handoff and approve-before-send. Hawk watches the assistants it runs, and a person approves a message before it goes out.
Guardrails say what the assistant may see and what it may answer. Hawk stays on the assistant after it is stood up.
Handoff is a precaution built into the work. The bot stops when a person should take over, and that person gets a review of what the assistant missed.
Start with a courtesy strategy conversation. If we go further, we'll quote the work.
